Dashboard - stays in memory

So when you boot up computer, run top -> Dashboard isn't in memory.
Press F12 (start dashboard), it loads.. press f12 to go back to normal.. check out top and you see dashboard is still there.

Try to kill it, no avail it just recreates an instance.

20" iMac C2D 2.16ghz, 13" MacBook 2.0ghz, 60gb iPod vid, 1gb nano
If you don't want dashboard type this in terminal

defaults write com.apple.dashboard mcx-disabled -boolean YES

hit enter and then type

killall Dock

hit enter and you are free of dashboard if youwant
