Apple Support

I just wanted to commend Apple support on their fixing of my wife's Powerbook G4 Titanium. The logic board went out on us and so we had to send it in to be repaired. We weren't sure exactly what all they were going to do, but when we got it back we had a new logic board, we had a new screen and a new casing! All for $300, plus now we are Pro Care members.. We were both very very impressed since they only needed to replace the logic board and they went over and beyond what was expected.

I know when things bad happen people feel like they need to vent.. so I thought I would give the other perspective
