Hey!

Does anyone know a program for mac that I can use as a JAVA IDE to write and run javascript??

I think you're a little confused. Java and JavaScript are completely, totally, not even remotely related, different things.

If you meant a good Java IDE that will allow you to run and edit Java code, then Xcode does a good job, but my personal favorite is Netbeans. Very powerful stuff.

I don't know much about JavaScript editors, though probably most web design suites would include one. Also, according to Steve Jobs' recent Keynote speech, Leopard will include a full featured JavaScript editor AND debugger for the purpose of building better dashboard widgets.

I prefer eclipse for writing java. javascript well, use a web browser and txtedit or bbedit. :D
