Video DVD burning help

Hey guys, Im looking for a good program that will allow me to copy/burn my DVD's for back up. And also burn .avi files onto DVD for everyday DVD player use... thanks for your help. :)

i dont have no mac's
mactheripper to rip toast to burn, there are various threads and topics on how to do this in the forums just scroll to the top of this page, click search and type something like "dvd burning" or "dvd ripping" or "Toast" or "mactheripper" "insert your own search words"

Like coach said, MacTheRipper to rip to the HDD, Toast 7 to shrink and burn to DVD.
