I have just started getting this error message on certain sites including this one.

It is beginning to get annoying.

Please can someone tell me how to sort it out.

Thanks

I think that I have just solved the problem.
After posting just now I went to another website and this time the error message that came up gave a link to the Adobe website. I followed it, downloaded the program suggested and it seems to have sorted it for now.
