Hi guys, I bought a new ibook at fry's and the system restore disks are cracked, therefore they don't work. Fry's said they didn't care, so does anybody know if it's possible to get the disks through apple support?

Thanks,
jon

Just give Apple a call. Tell them what happened. It's a Brand New mac, I am sure they will help you.

I am sort of suprised though that Frys would not even help, but Rman is probably correct! Which Frys? Just curious.
