Best way to get 4.1/5.1 sound on a Mackbook Pro?

I am finally getting a Macbook Pro, it's going to be replacing my desktop at home.

I am just wondering how to get 4.1 sound on my Klipschs...

I know with the Logitech you can emulate it through the control panel but these are the older Klipsches 4.1s

Hmm...I'm not familiar with Klipsch speakers. I currently have the Logitech Z-5500 5.1 speakers hooked up to my macbook pro. They sound awesome, especially with movies haha. I don't think you should have much of a problem. All I had to do was to remember to change the input on the speakers to digital optical. Had it up and running in no time.
