is my usb adapter compatible with mac?

i've just set up wifi in the house and wanted my sisters Mac to share broadband. i've got 2 usb adapters...
3Com - model:3CRUSB10075
&
Dynamode - model:wl-gi-700s

both work fine on the pc but niether came with Mac software. is it still possible they are compatible? and what software would i need?

bare in mind im absolutley clueless when it comes to macs.

i've installed it but nothing seems to happen?

I believe there is only a d-link usb adapter that is compatible with macs, i would just go with an airport card for guaranteed compatibility

I'm looking for the same thing. I have an older imac that doesn't have a airport card. Can someone give me a model number for the usb adapter.
