I thought I saw something where this could be done, but cannot find the same page that explained it. So here's the deal...
For work i got a powerbook using airport and they are setup for dhcp but the network is 169.x.x.x, and being a work box I dont have root priviliages. neye: Well at home I could just setup my network to use DHCP on my router, but I prefer to use static addressing for my port forwarding.
So my question is, "is there a way to use both DHCP and static addressing on the mac airports?"
