i need convertion file extention programs

hi
i need a program to convert between the sound file extentions
l want to convert rm,ram files to mp3 or aiff
can i do that with itune
or pls give me a link for free program can do that convertion

for real audio, I think your best bet would be Audio Hijack. I don't think it will play in itunes, I know the video doesn't. Audio Hijack is shareware, however it allows to use it for free as long as you aren't recording anything longer than 10 minutes. There may be other apps out there but I can't think of anything off hand
