I already have videos converted in my Ipod but can´t watch them...

I use iSquint to convert the different formats and now I have them in my iTunes and in my iPod, I can watch them in the iTunes in the down left window when I selected them, but in my iPod I can´t watch them , just can hear the audio and display me a very small window with a "photo" of the end of the video ( a very small window not full size in my iPod screen ) and it stays frozen. I already went to the advanced options in my tool bar but it says " the file is already converted to right format ".
What should I do. Thanks in advance. I just switched from iPod Photo to iPod Video.

Make sure that the iPod is set to play the movies on the iPod and not on a TV via the line out. This is a setting on the iPod itself.

When you're iPod is plugged in, Preferences>iPod options>Videos

Make sure the "Add videos to iPod" button (or something to that effect) is checked, it is not by default.
