Client OS install from server

i have every indication that this should be possible, but i'll be ****ed if i can find the method--
i've got an installer living on my server (mac os x server 10.3) and a lab environment of about 15 client machines i want to install from that installer.
i've googled my brains out, and i can't find any clues in the server software manual... i'm at a loss, so here i am.
anybody got any ideas?
