Lose connection after sleep

This just started, running Panther 10.3.9. I put my PB to sleep, when I open the lid, my signal is there but no connection. I have to restart to get connection. AirPort extreme card with RR router. Thank you.

I fixed it myself, it was the Norton firewall, I was fooling with the firewall a few days ago, I should have known to check there first.
