Dock automatically turns on automaticly hiding

I try to keep the dock to always be out but sometimes it automatically turns on automatically hiding. Is it somthing im doing or is there anyway to stop it from doin it any help is appreciated.

Unless you have a tendency to hit "Option + Command + D" frequently, I would suggest trying a Permissions Repair.
