I have migrated a large number of Powerpoint files from Windows to my Mac. They open just great, but the screen layout looks different, and I can't figure out how to adjust it.
In both cases, the charts themselves fill the majority of the screen. On the left hand side of the screen, is a vertical pane which on my Office XP Powerpoint has what amounts to thumbnails for each chart - sort of a vertical slide sorter mode. I use it extensively for that very thing, re-ordering slides on the fly. However, on my Mac Powerpoint 2004, this left pane shows the outline of each chart, instead of its thumbnail.
Does anyone know how to switch this left pane into thumbnail (or slide sorter) mode? Thanks!
