Apple version of Nero

Hey everyone

Another stupid question from me!!!
Is there a version of Nero on Mac OSX. If not, could some please let me know of any good CD Burning Suites available to me to use on the Mac. I particulary need to be able to create Audio CDs with data, SVCDs and other numerous audio video CDs.

It's built into the OS. Just simply right click somewhere, choose Burn Folder, drag things into it and click on Burn (in the upper right corner). For music CDs, look up burn cds in Itune's help.

Yes basic burning is built into OSX. For a lot of things it would be fine but if you need all the functions of Nero on the PC, Roxio Toast. It's not free but it's worth the $$$ if you do a lot of burning of different Video formats for example like I have to do. It's now a Universal Application also so will work full speed on Intel macs. Highly Recomended. Toast 7.

I haven't used Toast 7 on my Powerbook, but I can tell you that I've heard that the Roxio experience on a Mac is better than the Roxio experience on a PC. I, too, prefer Nero on my Windows PC. So if you're hesitant about Roxio products because of their somewhat checkered performance record on the PC, I don't think you'll find any problems with their Mac implementation. I've heard this from several places, but my memory is failing me so I can't provide any links with proof.

toast 7 titanium is the best app out there, it far exceeds what it needs to do especially considering there is no competition.
