Photoshop Error

17" G4 Powerbook, 1.33/1g/80g
well, never saw this before, but today when I tried to open photoshop CS it said

"connection failed, the server ay not exist, check the server or IP.... etc".

anyone know what this means? I've never seen it before.

I remember hearing some time ago that photoshop cs "phones home" every time you start it to make sure it's not a pirated version or something. But I've never seen that message and I've used photoshop cs while not connected to any network and I've never seen that message. So basically I have no idea why that would come up

i believe there were updates today, make sure your connection to the internet was working correctly
