Accidentally removed account in Mail app, any way of recovering emails??

I was trying to solve a problem regarding Mail not receiving new emails from my server. In this process, I was fiddling around with the account-information, and I clicked "-" to try to remove my existing mail account and to try and create a new one with the same account information. I was pretty sure that the emails that was downloaded to Mail was not going to dissappear, but I was proved wrong.

Is there ANY way of recovering these emails? I've tried using some recovering apps, but no luck. I also didn't have any backup of the folder in the Library/Mail.
