USB Stick, FAT32/Mac OS Extended

I have a USB memory stick formatted to Windows FAT32 format. I was wondering if I was to reformat my stick to Mac OS Extended would Windows still be able to read it? And also is it more effiecent than FAT32?

Leave the Memory Stick formatted in FAT32. That way both systems can both read and write to it. Windows XP would not even see it if you formatted it in ANY OSX format, OSX will read from NTFS but can not write to it. So your best bet is FAT32. On a memory stick you would not notice any difference anyway. I prefer NTFS on the Windows side and OSX Extended Journalized on the Mac side, but if you want both systems to read the drive, Stick, whatever, keep it FAT32.
