Microsoft using many Mac OS X elements in Vista

Well, if you go and look at all the new features of the new and upcoming Windows Vista, you will notice a lot of feature that are very closely related to Mac OS X. For example,Windows Gadgets would be the same as Mac's Widgets, or Sidebar and Dashboard. Is it just me, or does Microsoft love the look, feel and operability of Mac OS X so much that they have to incorporate Mac's idea into their new OS?
