Hi there,

I'm a windows user and one of my clients who uses a mac sent me several jpgs for me to use on her web site but I can't open them for some reason. They have this following the name of the jpg file: application/mac-binhex40

Can anyone help me figure out how to open these or how she can convert them so that I can open them?

Have you tried to simply rename the file first and then attempt to open it?

I have no way to rename it. When I click on download, it won't allow it to even open. I think it has something to do with the fact that she tried to zip it in a mac program that I can't use because I don't have it.
