Logitech G7 Mouse work with Mac?

Just curious if i need to get another new mouse.

Sure, don't see why not.
I have a Dell mouse on my Mac.
Just plugged it in and it works fine.
All other Logitech Mouses work from what I have seen.

Even wireless mice? That aren't made by apple. And whats the stroy with the apple wireless mouse, do you need to have something plugged into the laptop?

Yes my friend has a mac and used a Dell wireless mouse with it. Should work fine.

The Apple Wireless Mouse & Keyboard are Bluetooth. If your Mac has built in Bluetooth, it will work.

I don't know about the Apple mouse. I use the small Microsoft Wireless Laser 6000 and it works excellent. The MS mouse needs to have a very small receiver plugged into one of the usb ports

The apple wireless keyboard and mouse are great. They are bluetooth, so no recievers which makes them ideal for people with laptops, especially the mouse.

A friend has the G7 on his mac and he swears by it. I'm not sure if you can assign all the buttons is OSX. The apple wireless kb & mouse are great but obviously the mouse is single button with no scroll ball.

I dnt think you'll be able to use it. I have the logitech laser G5 & it just woulnt work on the mac. Pc only. There's no mac driver for this mouse. I'll suggest you enquire more before buying it.

yeah the G7 Logitech works great, just have to have a dumb little usb reciever sticking out the side, so for extreme gaming i use the G7 and for every day i use the Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer for bluetooth, this mouse uses the internal bluetooth to connect.
