download problems

Hey
This started a few days ago, whenever I go to download.com or another site like that my download never starts. It says im missing a SDHelper plugin, but I dont know what that is! So if anyone could help me fix this problem that would be greatly appreciated!

SD stands for Speed Download. If you deleted Speed Download without running the uninstaller, that could be the problem. If you deleted the uninstaller, redownload Speed Download and then reinstall it, and then run the uninstaller.
