iWeb link effects

How do I change the mouseover effects for links in iWeb? I can't seem to find anything that will let me change the color it changes to when the mouse is over it. Right now it is set to black, the same color as my background.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm a new Mac user and am consistenly frustrated by how easy everything is. :dummy:
