Okay, this was taken at Tollwood, a summer-festival in Munich's olympic park. They have all sorts of arts & crafts on display, as well as great food & music.

This is the main sculpture/meeting point at the entrance.
Taken with Sony Ericsson K750i 2 MP - in this image, you can really tell it's taken with a camera phone: The darker colours are quite fuzzy if you look carefully.
But I still like this picture :)

Recent trip to San Francisco

Ok, I took this photo around 11pm on Saturday Night...
It's been cropped to the size you see.

Honda Formula 1

HondaFrontWing.jpg

I took this a few weeks ago with an Olympus D560. I reduced it to 800x600 from its original 2288x1712.
Formula 1 comes to Indianapolis every summer for the United States Gran Prix. During the race weekend the pits are opened for fans to walk around and watch these amazing million dollar machines (0-100mph and back to zero in less than 4 seconds, 5g cornering forces, etc!) assembled and prepped for the coming race. This particular photo was taken in front of the Honda factory team. The red stripe in the foreground is the demarcation tape to keep people out, and on the other side you see a set of front noses and and engine cover standing on end (about $80,000 of carbon fibre), with the garage in the far back. I love this sport.

I couldn't tell. Sheer genius for a camera phone.

I'm not normally awake at 5:15am, but this shot was worth it. I took several but one with the flash seemed to offset the other settings to get this great color. I did not edit the shot except to crop it. The morning was July 9th and the camera is a Sony DSC-P200.

A Morning Glory in front of my house. Shot with my Nikon D50, 18-55mm with a 4x macro lens adaptor. Taken about a week or so ago.
