Adding Videos do iTunes

Cant add videos do my iTunes, every time that i go to add to library i choose the file and click ok, but nothing happens...
Any know why??

What version of iTunes are you running? You may need to run an update.
Also, what Mac and version of OS X are you running?

did you try to drag and drop into the Video tab?

also, are they in .mp4 or .m4v?

yes i did...
they are normal videos...
but i think the iTunes change their formats once is on iTunes..
