Hi there folks! New guy here, with a quick question for all you more knowledgable types. I'm thinking of picking up one of the new Intel MacBooks in a couple of months. When I get it, I'd like to get as much RAM as I can, just so it'll run as smoothly as possible. It looks like the Apple store charges $500 for an upgrade to 2GB of RAM, which is kind of expensive. However, there seem to be places online (such as http://http://www.4allmemory.com/?pid=316&kwd=macbook memory ) where I can get memory for considerably less. Is there any downside to picking up the Mac with the smallest amount of memory installed and simply upgrading on my own?
