Apple Remote Desktop 2.2 can't control or observe other computers

Hi, i hope you can help me!!, i recently installed ARD 2.2 in my computers, ( imac g5 & emac g4 ), the one that i use is the iMac, and my friend got the emac, both are running with 10.4.6, he can observe, control and do everything from the emac to my imac, i can't control or observe him, but still can do anything else...got any ideas??....what should i do?

Does your friend have his computer accessible by ARD? He needs to set that info in System Preferences > Sharing > Apple Remote Desktop

And then once on then he needs to set the Access Priviledges...

yep, we got the same exactly settings in both machines...

What about your router? My guess is that one router is allowing the ARD port while the other is not.

I run a test in another computer ...an works perfect!! :S from an iMac to powerbook..PERFECT!!...i think the trouble is in my friends eMac....any advice??
