I have Windows XP Home installed on my MacBook. I want to know if I am able to Upgrade to Windows XP Media Center since I already have Windows XP SP2 installed on my MacBook?

hmm... if you read the manual, like so many people here tend not to, you would read that ONLY Windows XP Home and Pro edition with SP2 on a single installation disk will work.
So, unfortunately, no you can't. Unless maybe that link has more clues.
