I was just wondering is it actually possible to run virtual PPC machines under OSX? I've been looking for some software but have had no luck.

Anybody any ideas?

12" Apple PowerBook G4 (1.5GHz)
So long as you have an actual PowerPC Mac, then yes. Have a look at
http://maconmac.bastix.net/ (Note that this is still somewhat experimental.)

If you have an Intel Mac, you should be able to emulate a PowerPC machine using PearPC, but it'll be slow. And running PearPC under OS X is not something that many people have done yet.

Thanks for the heads up on Mac-on-Mac but it seems that it doesn't support 10.4 either as a host or as a virtual host :(
