Check to see if something is sticking the two keys together. I had that happen to a customer of mine at one of my previous desktop positions. I believe the problem was actually caused by some Taco Bell fried rice.

Have you tried restarting? That happens to me once in a blue moon and a restart and permissions repair always clears it up
