I was thinking that the game we play on the forums "A Game For The Ages" should be set where post count doesn't count.

Can that be done. I think its a good idea.

post count does not have any bearing on this forum as to how knowlegable and reputable you are. the user reputation is what tells you how knowlegable someone is and how good they are on the forums.

post count was a huge issue the other year and we went to the user rep system but some of us convinced the mods to keep the post count.

so really if you are checking peoples post count, what you should really be checking is those little green or red boxes right next to their post count....the more green the more they rock....i just got my 2nd green dot the other day!!
