iChat w/Video: Use it? Don't Use it? How Do You Use it?

Just trying to get a feel for how much use this actually gets (w/video). And, if you don't use it, why not?

I use iChat all the time for my AIM contacts. As for video, I don't use it much except with a few good friends or some of my family. Generally I don't feel like video chatting with people I don't know otherwise I would use it more often.

I just found the joy of using ichat. I did not know how easy it was to setup. I have several freinds that have a imac with a camera built in. I decided to purchase an isight for my imac. I got an AIM account and poof. I was able to video chat with my two freinds who live 60 miles away. It was very neat. I am now going to test this setup while on travel. I hope the hotel has a fast connection.
