Thanks everyone, this was taken with a D70 that had the IRfilter over the sensor removed and an IR pass filter put in its place. The camera shoots IR only now...but gets more IR to the sensor than by using a filter such as the R72 Bonzaisushi suggests plus you can compose and focus through the VF.

Its been a fun little experiment/play time type excursion.

Edited to add:

I forgot to mention, to get a blue sky you have to open the channels in photoshop and reverse the red and blue. So select the red channel and put red to zero and blue to 100, then select the blue channel and set the blue to zero and the red to 100...otherwise the sky is redish unless you make the image black and white.
