Hey,
I'm new here...and sort of new to Macs too.
I'm having problems with my G5's Airport card receiving a wireless network using that tiny "T" antenna. I've found that others have this issue too. Quickertek & MacWireless sell short extension cables:

http://www.macwireless.com/html/products/antennas_boosters/accessories/g5extension.html
But I need more like 10 or 15 feet because my desk is right at the edge of our network. In fact, if I slide my G5 across my office it gets the signal.
So anyway I did some digging and found that the airport antenna uses an MCX type connector. Some GPS units use these for antennas too. Do you guys think the MCX extension cables for GPS units would work to extend the "T" antenna away from my G5?
Here are a few examples:

Any ideas are appreciated!
