Help! TV/Resolution Problem/Rolling Screen

Anyone know if there is a way to restart and have the Display Resolution revert to the default setting? My mini is hooked up to my TV with s video. Everything worked fine until I changed the resolution. Now I have a fast rolling picture and can't see what I'm doing.

I did the exact same thing when I hooked it up to my TV >.<

All you have to do it hook it up to a reg screen for a sec and set the resolution back. A little troublesome but neccisary none the less.

If you don't have any computer screen, old or new then just bring your mini + components to a friends or something
