Remote Desktop 3 Connection Problems

Hi, I've just had my company buy me a copy of Remote Desktop 3. All seems fine with it, I've installed the Client software on a number of machines and I can view them all within RD3, check software, wake, sleep & restart machines but I cannot connect to any of them to Control or Observe them. I've made sure that I have the Sharing setup correctly and opened the correct ports within the Firewall but still no joy,

Any ideas?

No problems, found the solution. I hadn't opened the ports on the server firewall.
