I tried to install Halo on my MBP and during the installation I get this error message: I/O Error - Bad Media? What does this mean? What do I need to fix it? Thanks.

The first thing I would do is clean the disk (media), if you have not done that as of yet.

Yeah I finally got through to the Macsoft Tech Support people and that's what they told me to do. It still didn't work after that so they have to ship me a new disk. We'll see how it goes after that. Thanks for the reply anyway.

Oh and sorry about the duplicate post.
