Bluetooth Headset with 10.3.9

I have 1GHz, 17" Powerbook running 10.3.9 and when I try to pair a Plantronics Explorer 320 Bluetooth headset I get the message that a "headset" device is not supported.

Is this a limitation of 10.3.9 or can I install/upgrade something to make this work?

For the record, the headset works a treat on my 10.4.6/G5 iMac.

TIA, Sam

Make sure you have installed the bluetooth chipset firmware updates for your machine...

Thanks for your advice: I downloaded and have run the firmware updator and although I haven't got the headset with me to test, there's now a headset option in the bluetooth device set up so it looks like I've been successful.
