Convert .wmv?

Intel 20" Mac
Does anyone know how to convert an .wmv file (video) to another format like Xvid or .avi so I can play the video on my Intel mac?

When I try to install that program it says that there is no version for the intel macs, is that a problem getting the pro version would fix?

Yeah Flip4Mac's aren't universal yet and I don't feel like doing the hack around for getting it to run in Rosetta.

I will just use my PC for now.
