Just restart the Finder.
Or you could repair permissions.
Or you could restart...or simply log out and back in again.

anyone of those should work and fix it.

The top left corner...click the blue apple and then hit restart.

Now I have a question...how do you repair permissions?

to restart finder click the apple-> Force quit. then select finder and hit relaunch.

you can repair permissions with disk utility or by using a 3rd party app such as onyx

every folder has its own little "gate" that you can't get passed with out permission. If one of those gates outa thousands is closed you can't open the folder which may effect other folders down the line. This one looks like a dock one.
