I was reading this article on TUAW. It says that students who byy through the Education Section of the website, that you get 3 years of warranty instead of the one. That's why they don't offer the option for Applecare.

I know on the Canadian Education store it does not offer Applecare but, I am assuming that the article was talking about the US Store. I was wondering if anyone knows if the same is true about the Education Warranty for Canada?

Thanks

In the article it states that it's for EU only, not the US store. The US store still offers the option.

If the Canadian store doesn't offer AppleCare, it's likely that it's automatically three years.

Thanks, I didn't realise EU was Europe at the time. Thanks
