Format:MS-DOS File System (FAT32)

My external (Lacie) is formated for Format : MS-DOS File System (FAT32) How do I change it back to OSX format? I have all my back up on thereThats what i get for sharing it with a windows guy I was wondering why things were not flowing smoothly lately.HELP! please ;) I am coping everything to desktop right now, to try and reformat I think if I erase everything I'll be out of luck to reload from saved to desktop files is there a procedure I need to follow?

Open Disk Utility. Click the drive you'd like to format and click the "Erase" tab in the window to the right. Choose "Mac OS Extended - Journaled" and click Erase.

JUST MAKING SURE YOU KNOW THIS WILL DELETE EVERYTHING ON THE DRIVE.

Depending on the drive it will take around 10 minutes. My 160gb took 5 minutes.

Windows will no longer be able to read from the drive without a 3rd party app.

I have saved mp3 on there and wmv' will this be a problem when I transfer everthing back from desktop?
