I have a couple of questions about my iMac display. I posted them before in the switch forum but they went un-answered :(

Anyway on my new iMac (month old) I have 2 problems. First is a normal one, I have 2 stuck pixels that are stuck red, and they annoy me. Is this acceptable? I know it isnt expected to get a %100 perfect display with lcd screens, but it sucks to have these things on an otherwise amazing display.

The second thing is a bit more weird. In the top leftish, theres like a darkish smudge. its small, about a 10 x 10 pixel area, but its noticable, more so on darker colors like grey/blue. I thought it was a smudge on the screen, but it doesnt wipe off, I have no idea at all what the **** it is! Can anyone shed light on this!

Also, finally, whats a good thing to use to clean my iMac screen?

Thanks in advance.

go to the Apple Store, if you didn't do it, it's Apple's fault and it should be covered under their warranty for a year unless you got the AppleCare plan.

If you are located near an apple reseller then you should try them, shame the one near me (cambridge cancom) is full of stuck up ********!
