OK, at the end of a long first day with my new Mac, I have managed to move my entire iTunes database over, by copying the whole iTunes folder from Windows to Mac, and then using iTunes "Add to Library" function. Slow, but effective. BUT, it only got the tunes, not the playlists. Sighhhh....
HOWEVER those playlists still exist intact on my iPod. Is there any way to get iTunes to read them off the iPod and thus recreate them on my Mac? ...sort of a "reverse sync". Boy I would sure hate to have to re-enter those things manually! Thanks!
