Superdrive Error

Superdrive problem. I can burn a CD's, but not a DVD's. Every time I am getting the massage using a DVDSP and a Toast:

The recording device reported the media error: Power calibration area error. (0x73, 0x03.)

The discs are OK. I can burn it at my second Mac without any problems.

this error tends to result from poor media being used, make sure you pick up some good quality disks

The discs from the same pack were working some time ago...
Also I can use it in 2 different computers without any problems.
Bad disks - is it final verdict?

Remember that you are using two different burners. Try another brand of media to rule it out. If you have the same problem with another brand of media and the new brand works on your other system. Then we can assume that the problem lies with the burner and not the media.
