Catalogue and Archival

Hello.
I'm looking for a program that will keep track of jobs/tasks that have been undertaken daily. I need something that will allow me to sort these projects by date/time, ala a time sheet. At the end of the day I would like to be able to print a hardcopy of what's been worked on, how long it was worked on, etc. etc. Could anyone offer and suggestions at to what a few good programs would be? We used 'Print Window' for a while, but, not that we're sorting jobs via Smart Folders and Spotlight Comments 'Print Window' won't suffice, as it doesn't recognize smart folders. Any help would be appreciated.

You can search either Version Tracker or Mac Update. Using the criteria, that you have given (i.e. time sheet, projects, etc...).
