Sound Recorder

Hi,

I am new to the Mac enviornment and impressed. I love iTunes have got just about all my CDs on to it now.

Anyway, I was just wondering if there was a sound recorder application that comes with the Mac. I know there is one with iLife, but I haven't got that I don't want to pay for it.

If there isn't an application that comes with Mac, then anyone know of a good free one that I can download and install on to my Mac.

All I want to do is record clips of different tracks in my iTunes to make one single new track.

Good question! I have an ibook G4 and still to this day have never used the Mic! Would be good to give it a go.
