These are preferences for an application, you don't set those from the terminal unless it is watching a PLIST file for these changes and even then you'd have to know the exact name of the instance within the PLIST file to have the change take effect.

i know what is it, i mean i want to replace app and do the same native by terminal.
we can do some things like add new menu opt in RMC but how about this everything?
