Adobe Encroaching into my secured files in my system

How do I get rid of this Adobe Flash Player and Adobe AAM detect in which I get a warning that it is encroaching into my computer system...

If you select "safari-extensions.apple.com", can you then use the "Remove" button?

What Adobe items do you have installed in your Applications?

Also, there is an Adobe Flash item in the System Preferences, if you have Flash installed.

When I bought this MBP as used laptop from a reputable Mac repair shop, Adobe Flash came with it...then the Flash Upgrade popped up so I thought I needed the upgrade , then other Adobe Information popped up and I read them them and the information I read seemed to be very informative so I downloaded them and lately so many Adobe pop ups are coming... and when I checked the the Preferences, I got those message about security and that is why I want to rid of these Adobe files/plug ins....is it possible just to have the Flash without the rest of those plug ins?

When buying a used computer, always erase the hard drive and do a clean install.
